Tools I'm building outside of full-time work — for the same problems I solve every day inside SciPlay, generalized into products for other Scrum Masters, Producers, and delivery leads.

ScrumReadout

Pre-launch · End of July 2026

An AI-powered toolkit that turns messy Jira ticket dumps and team notes into polished status reports for delivery leaders — same problem I solve every day, generalized into a product.

Product

ScrumReadout

"Stop being a high-paid admin for Jira. Get back to leading."

The problem I saw

Every week, Scrum Masters, Producers, and delivery leads across the industry do the same thing: pull messy ticket updates from Jira, half-formed team notes, and Slack chatter — then hand-craft that into something a stakeholder can actually read. It’s high-paid admin work that pulls the exact people who should be leading into hours of formatting instead.

What I built

ScrumReadout is an AI-powered toolkit that ingests the raw material — Jira exports, standup notes, whatever the team already produces — and hands back a polished draft status report the delivery lead edits, corrects, and signs off on. Not a replacement for the leader’s judgment; a removal of the transcription tax.

Why me building this

The custom AI agents I built inside SciPlay for exactly this problem are the technical foundation. ScrumReadout is the productized version — same problem, generalized for other Scrum Masters, Producers, and delivery leads at other studios. And it’s underpinned by the same AI prompt-governance discipline I built for my SciPlay teams — outputs stay consistent, safe, and correctable.

Launching
