Experience

15+ years across systems analysis, release management, and agile delivery — spanning regulated gaming, healthcare, and banking. The delivery leadership work is the SciPlay era; the earlier decade at Everi and before was inside the systems themselves as analyst, developer, and PM — the foundation that makes the delivery work land. Last fifteen years covered in detail below; earlier career available at the bottom.

Release / Feature Team Producer (Scrum Master) · SciPlay

2020-05 – Present · Austin, TX

Progressed from Tech Lead QA through Release Producer to current Scrum Master role — took two cross-functional teams from ~30% to 98% on-time sprint delivery through continuous improvement and persistent communication.

What’s changed under my current teams

AI-augmented delivery

Built custom AI agents that remove delivery busywork from the day-to-day (release notes, sprint status compilation, stakeholder reporting). Authored an AI prompt-governance standard for the team so these tools get adopted safely and consistently, not ad-hoc. Pairing strong agile fundamentals with practical, well-governed AI is where the next real gain in team performance comes from.

Stack

Jira, Confluence, Slack, Rovo, internal multi-agent platform. Ceremonies: sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retros, sprint reviews, quarterly PI planning.

Progression at Everi (nine years, three titles) — Class II regulated gaming

  • Platform Analyst III (2011–2015) — tested the backend software that runs the slot machines — core game engine, supporting systems, and some UI. Foundation on the technical side of a regulated gaming platform.
  • Interop Analyst III · Technical Lead (2015–2017) — led interoperability, integration, and regression testing across games, slot cabinets, hardware, and wide-area progressive jackpots (linked real-money jackpots). When any single piece of software or hardware changed, verified the whole system still worked correctly end-to-end.
  • CTG Analyst III (2017–2020)built and tested internal tools for the in-house game development teams, making the developers more effective. Direct predecessor pattern to the AI-delivery tooling work at SciPlay.

Regulated gaming environment throughout — Class II compliance, real-money jackpot linkage, high accuracy requirements on every release.
