Led release coordination and readiness in a live-production environment spanning four storefronts. During my technical QA leadership period, no escaped defect required a hotfix.

Governed automation

Designed and operate AI workflows for recurring delivery work, including feature ticket buildout and release-risk reporting. Authored the prompt governance standard used by these workflows.
